Delivery times and transportation
Since all our products are manufactured to order, we can only determine the expected delivery time and this should be considered as an approximate time from the completion of the order to the completion of the goods.
CustomKitchen’s priority is to adhere to specified delivery times.
In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery times can also be affected by circumstances that CustomKitchen could not foresee or influence. CustomKitchen is not liable for any delays or additional costs in a situation beyond the control of CustomKitchen.
When concluding timely agreements with third parties, you should take into account possible delays and plan the times accordingly. CustomKitchen is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred in this situation.
If the goods are separately shipped to the address specified by a transportation company, the unloading of the goods will be carried out with a lift truck and the recipient of the goods must provide access to his property. Transportation of goods ends with unloading. The goods are left at the place indicated by the customer and the transport is deemed to be terminated.
If there are special products on the order (products that do not belong to the CustomKitchen’s standard assortment), you will not be entitled to cancel your order if you have a late delivery.
CustomKitchen reserves the right to postpone the start of production in the following cases:
- • CustomKitchen’s delivery terms are changed by the end customer or its agent.
- • The name of the desired material or the data necessary for its processing has not been transmitted to us.
- • We have not received the necessary advance payment.
